The license key (as a set of characters) is available in the documentation included with the device (usually on the last page of the User Manual) Without a key, the program will work, but when connected to the device, it will ask for the license key Up

This happens when the license key is incorrect or the license list was cleared or the system was reinstalled on the PC. The AKTAKOM software will accept and remember any key, even if the device has never been connected.
