EuMW 2025

EuMW 2025

The 28th edition of the European Microwave Week (EuMW 2025) will continue the annual series of highly successful microwave events that started back in 1998. EuMW 2025 comprises three co-located conferences:

  • The European Microwave Conference (EuMC)
The European Microwave Conference (EuMC) is held as part of the European Microwave Week.
This is the largest event in Europe dedicated to a broad range of high frequency related topics, ranging from semiconductor materials, MMICs and microwave circuit design to radar, high speed and mobile system applications.
The EuMC serves as a forum for the presentation and discussion of the most recent advances in circuit oriented device modelling and design; modelling and design of high frequency and high data rate photonics; design of subsystems and systems on a chip. The scope includes passive and active components, electromagnetic field theory and theoretical and experimental developments on wave propagation, antennas and antenna systems. Special emphasis is placed on new designs and design methods and emerging technologies like MEMS. In addition to scientific papers, contributions are requested on systems and applications, covering the fields of telecommunications, radar, space, automotive, sensors and defence systems.
  • The European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC)
The development of RF and microwave devices has revolutionised today’s telecommunication and sensor systems. UMTS, LMDS, and other systems working in the microwave and millimetre-wave range will facilitate totally new services. In such a swiftly changing environment, it is essental to be informed about current state-of-the-art technology, especially the latest developments. EuMIC will continue from GAAS® as one of the leading conferences for RFICs and their applications in Europe, and therefore the ideal event to keep up to date with the latest achievements in the field. The aim of the conference is to promote the discussion of recent developments and trends, and encourage the exchange of scientific and technical information on physical fundamentals, material technology, process development and technology, physics-based and empirical-behavioural modelling of microwave and opto-electronic active devices, design of monolithic ICs based on GaAs, InP, SiGe, GaN, SiC and other semiconductor materials. Special emphasis will be given to applications covering the field of telecommunications (RF, microwave and optical), automotive, sensors, MEMS, military and space, as well as emerging technologies such as wide band gap semiconductors.
  • The European Radar Conference (EuRAD)
EuRAD is a Conference integrated within the structure of European Microwave Week, dedicated to a broad range of high frequency related topics, ranging from semiconductor materials, MMICs and microwave circuit design to radar, high speed and mobile system applications.
EuRAD covers microwaves for military and civil radar, dealing with technologies up to systems and applications, and with the focus on applications of microwave technologies in radar. More specifically, the Conference topics include: waveform generators; signal processing; antenna systems; imaging and object classification; diversity techniques; various types of radars; active/passive radar networks; and radar technology, systems, and applications.

The European Microwave Exhibition is the largest trade show dedicated to Microwaves and RF in Europe, providing:

  • 8,000 sqm of gross exhibition space
  • Around 4,000 key visitors from around the globe
  • 1,500 - 1,700 conference delegates
  • In excess of 300 international exhibitors (including Asia and US as well as Europe)

The exhibition will offer its exhibitors an unrivalled opportunity to present products, technological developments and form relationships with relevant and interested spectators including academics, professionals and industry figureheads. It also offers a forum for discussing trends and exchanging scientific and technical information.

Important dates: September 21 - 26.
Exhibition dates: September 23 - 25.
