The objective of the program is to acquire professional competencies in the field of diagnostics and circuit engineering, microcontroller programming, soldering of SMD components and BGA microcircuits, including for working with soldering equipment, technologies, professional tools that allow performing types of professional activities in accordance with the requirements by individuals of different ages.

The objective of the program is to acquire professional competencies in the field of diagnostics and circuit engineering, microcontroller programming, soldering of SMD components and BGA microcircuits, including for working with soldering equipment, technologies, professional tools that allow performing types of professional activities in accordance with the requirements by individuals of different ages.

Fundamentals of Electronics

  1. The principle of operation of a diode and its characteristics. Study of diodes, their role and behavior in a circuit;
  2. Zener diode. Voltage stabilization, features of zener diode operation;
  3. Current-limiting resistor in a zener diode circuit. The role of a resistor to protect a zener diode;
  4. Methods of testing diodes, identifying faults and their impact on circuit performance;
  5. Operating principles of diode bridges, study of their application circuits in different devices;
  6. Basic elements of current limiting, the role of resistors in power distribution;
  7. Working with resistor parameters. Designations on circuit diagrams and methods for their diagnostics;
  8. Study of transistors, their types, key parameters and operating principle in electronic circuits;
  9. The role of transistors in amplifying and switching circuits;
  10. Analysis of various types of capacitors, their application depending on the type;
  11. Using capacitors for filtering, voltage smoothing, energy storage;
  12. Understanding the operation of inductive elements: coils, chokes, transformers, their role in pulse circuits;
  13. Introduction to the operation of optocouplers, the use of feedback and PWM regulation.

Circuitry

  1. Principles of constructing electronic circuits, the logic of component placement and their interrelationships;
  2. Analysis of various transistor connection schemes (with a common emitter, base, collector);
  3. Review of circuit topologies for pulse converters (Buck, Boost, Flyback);
  4. Study of popular circuits, such as voltage stabilizers, amplifiers, generators;
  5. Recognition of circuits by the arrangement of elements, which allows to speed up diagnostics and repair;
  6. Basic principles and algorithms for diagnostics of elements in electronic devices;
  7. Identification of elements by their appearance and marking on the boards of modern devices;
  8. Functional purposes of components in the circuit, understanding of circuit designations.

Diagnostics

  1. Detailed study of the use of a multimeter for testing electronic boards;
  2. Working with an oscilloscope, setting up a device for signal analysis, diagnostics of problems in the circuit;
  3. Features of troubleshooting and repair of various types of power supplies (linear, switching);
  4. Diagnostics and repair of boards of various household appliances: coffee makers, waffle irons, washing machines, etc.;
  5. Specifics of diagnostics of audio systems, amplifiers and other audio equipment devices;
  6. Methods of system troubleshooting, analysis of symptoms and their relationship with damage to circuit elements;
  7. Using online engineering calculators.

Practice: Repairing home electronics (1 device)

  1. Familiarization with safety regulations;
  2. Application by the client of diagnostic skills acquired during the course;
  3. Consultant's recommendations on necessary devices and materials.
