IT2Industry@electronica is embedded in electronica as a trade fair and open conference for intelligent, digitally networked working environments. Its participants present and discuss innovative industrial ICT solutions and services.

The electronics industry currently faces two trends: On the one hand, developments are becoming increasingly multifunctional, which is causing traditional sales markets to break away. On the other, initial steps toward networking are having a lasting impact on the use of media: The trend is moving away from owning content and toward situational utilization upon demand.
